How do I choose the right products for my hair?

Each collection addresses a specific need: Hydraé for hydration, Reevä for growth and density, D-Tox for the scalp, Glow & Go for express repair, Hydra-Blù for golden highlights, and the 11-in-1 for protection, detangling, and easy styling.

Should Reevä oil be applied to the lengths of the hair?

No. Reevä oil is designed to be applied directly to the scalp.

When can I use Glow & Go?

Glow & Go can be used for regular maintenance or about one month after a Hair Botox or Nanoplasty treatment to help maintain results.

Is D-Tox a shampoo?

D-Tox is primarily a scalp exfoliant. Once water is added after massaging, it transforms into a shampoo.

How often should I use D-Tox?

We generally recommend using it about once a week, depending on the scalp's needs.

Does the 11-in-1 protect against heat?

Yes. The 11-in-1 helps protect against heat, UV rays, salt, chlorine, and external aggressors.


Hair Botox and Nanoplasty

What is the difference between Hair Botox and Nanoplasty?

Hair Botox is a restorative treatment that helps improve hair quality, while Nanoplasty is a thermoactive treatment that helps reduce frizz, facilitate blow-drying, and create a barrier against humidity.

Does Hair Botox straighten hair?

No. Hair Botox is a restorative treatment; it is not a straightener.

Does Nanoplasty straighten hair?

No. Nanoplasty helps relax hair and reduce frizz, but it does not completely alter the nature of the hair.

How long do the results last?

Results vary depending on hair type, styling habits, and home care, but they can generally last for several months.

When can I wash my hair after a treatment?

We generally recommend waiting between 24 and 48 hours after the treatment before the first wash.

Can I use a SteamPod?

After the treatment and the first wash, you can use the styling tools of your choice. However, during the professional application of Hair Botox or Nanoplasty, the SteamPod is not recommended.


Training

How do online trainings work?

You purchase the training of your choice, watch the videos and review the manuals, complete the exam, and then submit it to us for correction.

Will I receive a diploma?

Yes. After successfully passing your exam, you will receive your diploma.

Do I need to be a hairdresser to take a training course?

No. Our training courses are accessible to both beginners and professionals.

Are products included?

After receiving your diploma, you will have access to the options indicated in the description of your training, including a kit or a discount depending on the applicable conditions.


Professional Account

I am a hairdresser. How do I get a professional account?

You can apply directly on our website. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email to create your password and access your professional account.

What documents do you accept?

We generally accept hairdressing diplomas, recognized hair care training certificates, or any proof demonstrating your activity in the hair industry.

How long does approval take?

Approval can take up to 24 business hours.

What are the benefits of a professional account?

A professional account provides access to products reserved for professionals, professional pricing, manuals, videos, guides, and exclusive resources.


Orders and Delivery

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders of $125 and more before taxes.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.
