As with any online training, regardless of the discipline, practice is essential before welcoming your first clients. This is why we offer high-quality post-training support, including coaching sessions by phone or videoconference, to help you overcome the most difficult stages.

After the training, we strongly recommend practicing on three models from your entourage. This will allow you to gather their feedback on the shampoo, product application, and the entire process. This exercise will help you perfect your technique and prepare all your questions before launching professionally.

We also provide remote video sessions where we will guide you through certain steps if you encounter difficulties during your trials. The first three models, offered free of charge or at a reduced rate, are a valuable opportunity to ensure you are perfectly ready before confidently welcoming your first clients.

Our goal is for you to be completely at ease and confident. Make the most of this practice time included in your training and do not hesitate to contact us.

Finally, once you have watched all the videos and read the manuals, you will need to download your theoretical exam, fill it out, and return it to us by email to finalize your certification.
